Terms of Use
To keep Directory Exchange fair for all its members, there are a few rules.
Do not click on your own link, and do not provide incentives for others to do so. If your users are wanting to submit to another directory they will click the link.
The Directory Exchange link is to go on the 'submission sent' page. If you want to include this in a submission sent/accepted email this is also ok. It is not the aim of the traffic exchange program to have this included anywhere else.
Your directory must have a free listing, and provide static links (ie, http://www.yourwebsite.com/). If this changes at any time you must withdrawl as a member (or change your membership to another url).
Members are not in competition, sharing is nice, so play nice. Don't try and manually manipulate the algorithm at the expense of others. If you do, you will be caught and shunned. If you want to increase your traffic, make your link more obvious. Remember - the more users you redirect the more you will get in turn.
Submit as many directories as you like to Directory Exchange. The more members we have the better this service will be. Tell a friend.
